Construction Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee full-cycle delivery of oil & gas and power generation infrastructure projects. The role includes cost control, scheduling, permitting, coordination, and client communication to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and procurement with engineering and site teams.
  • Monitor timelines, budget performance, and subcontractor progress.
  • Coordinate design reviews, inspections, and commissioning activities.
  • Handle RFIs, change management, and progress billing.
  • Report regularly to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure documentation, safety plans, and environmental permits are up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in industrial construction.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Project or similar software.
  • Class 1 Driver's License and crane/picker truck experience are preferred.
